Our cooking method involves preparing the meat, skewering it on a metal cross, positioning it close to the open fire, and slow-cooking it using low-smoking wood, rather than coal.

We follow the traditional Argentinian method of cooking, originally developed by people from the Pampas in Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil.

Our Asados can feature lamb, beef or goat.
